Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?
You can login at http://creative-rewards.com/site/enter.php

How can I cancel my account?
At the bottom of your user information page there is a form for canceling your account. Please allow up to 7 days for us to remove your address and information from our newsletters after cancellation.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows creative-rewards.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from creative-rewards.com without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members.

Reward Questions

How do I earn rewards with your program ?
Reward points are earned in a variety of methods. You earn rewards for participating in our forum, for shopping with our merchant partners, and for viewing craft related websites.

What do I do with my reward points ?
Reward points are tallied up in your account and when you have accumulated enough points you can then redeem them for craft related items such as supplies, craft tools, gift cards to craft stores, etc.

Do my reward points have any cash value ?
No, your reward points may only be used for items we have available here at Creative-Rewards.

Do I earn rewards for shopping at my local craft store ?
No, in order to earn reward points you must use the shopping links located in the member area of Creative Rewards.

I made a craft purchase at a participating merchant a few days before I joined Creative Rewards, can I receive credit for that purchase ?
No, we can't issue reward points on purchases made before you registered for an account with us.

Referral Questions

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to creative-rewards.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Members of Creative Rewards earn 5% of their direct referral earnings. If you should choose to upgrade your membership to premium you will earn 10% of your direct referral earnings.
IE : If you have referred 3 members, and they have earned 465 rewards points combined. As a free member you will earn 231/4 reward points and a premium member will earn 461/2 reward points from those referrals.
